Kevin E. Counihan, CLU, ChFC has been an active, successful and involved member of the insurance industry for over 25 years. He is a licensed insurance counselor, a Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Leadership Fellow. Kevin is widely acknowledged for his insurance expertise and he has been a speaker at numerous industry functions throughout the United States .

A Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Detroit , Kevin also has a MS degree in Financial Services and in Management. He served on the National Board of Directors of the 35,000 member Society of Financial Services Professionals and was also on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. He has been active in civic and community organizations.

David K. Falvay, CLU is a University of Michigan graduate and also a graduate of the Purdue University Insurance Institute.

He began his distinguished career in the Detroit area and the agency he founded proudly represents approximately 500 corporate clients and over 2500 families.

Active in civic and community organizations and a past president of the Birmingham Exchange Club, Dave continues to be very successful in raising money for the Birmingham Community Band and the Interlochen Music Camp.
